SHIPPING
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or via courier dependant on the weight of the goods ordered. International orders are sent via Airsure or Surface Mail depending on weight.
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned, please follow our instructions to help speed up the procedure.
Goods need to be returned to us before we can replace them or reimburse you. Before returning items to us, please contact us by emailing for a returns authorisation number.
CANCELATION
Please notify us within 4 working days, if you wish to cancel your order .
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
If an item is received damaged/faulty within 28 days of the invoice date, please return it immediately to us in its original condition for replacement or refund. Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as we will have deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
RETURNS
You can claim a full refund or replacement (less postage and packing and a 10% handling charge) on any item purchased from our mail order department as long as it is returned to us in good condition within 28 days. Please note, shipping for non-faulty/damaged returns are at the buyers expense and must be returned via recorded delivery.
Refunds and replacements will only be processed when we have received the returned goods. If you are using the Post Office, we suggest you obtain a certificate of posting and, possibly, consider insuring your parcel so you can claim for any loss or damage, due to the fact, we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. Please ensure that all returned items are packaged appriopriately to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be made directly, by either cheque or by credit card according to the original payment method, to the person/company that originally paid for the goods. Please note that Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty/damaged or incorrectly supplied items. |
